EVENT CREW/LABOURERS IN WEST SUSSEX
S3K are an event logistics agency who design and help our clients to create brilliant event experiences.
Our team have specialist skills in the design, build and management of large-scale events and specific experience in motorsport, ice rinks and music festivals.

Every member of the team is provided with basic training and the opportunity to further develop skills with training and courses.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Setting up and breaking down events
- Loading and unloading
- Fencing, mowing & strimming
- Erecting & striking marquees
- Putting in/taking out lighting, sound & AV equipment
- Rigging & derigging stages
- Building & dismantling grandstands
- Building and managing ice rinks
This job is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift and carry heavy weights regularly and throughout the shift.
You must be able to push and pull equipment of various sizes and weights as well as kneel, bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfil tasks.
PAY RATES
We run a probationary period where all crew start on the same rate.
The sooner you gain experience, confidence and show leadership the sooner you have the opportunity to climb the pay ladder.
Positions are offered on a sub-contracted (self-employed) basis with work offered as a shift with the pay per hour.QUAIFICATIONS
Driving licence (essential)
CSCS card (desirable)
Plant Operatives MEWPS, NPORS, IPAF, PASMA (desirable)
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract

From £95.00 per day
