About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ECT to join our vibrant school community. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in classroom management and delivering the National Curriculum. You will have the flexibility to choose your preferred year groups, ensuring you can teach in an environment where you feel most effective and inspired.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the National Curriculum standards.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to foster their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience in classroom teaching and knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student success.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
Spencer Clarke Group work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Education needs and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
