About the Role:

In-House Corporate Lawyer position available within the Corporate Legal Department in London.

The Team:

Join a team of 3 lawyers, 1 paralegal, and 1 legal administrative assistant led by the Associate General Counsel, International Corporate. The team oversees legal entities in EMEA and APAC from a subsidiary governance and corporate legal perspective.

The Impact:

Provide corporate secretarial and governance support to the joint venture OSTTRA Group Limited, which consists of 26 legal entities globally owned by CME Group and S&P Global. This includes supporting the regulated entity TriOptima AB under the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and conduct quarterly board and committee meetings for the regulated entity.
  • Maintain statutory books and compliance for UK subsidiaries, oversee Companies House filings, and record keeping.
  • Manage board and shareholder resolutions for subsidiaries, coordinate with local counsel and corporate service providers overseas, and assist with regulatory filings.
  • Handle internal record-keeping systems and document execution processes.
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 5 years of in-house corporate legal experience.
  • England & Wales Qualified Lawyer.
  • Strong company law, company secretarial knowledge, and expertise in corporate governance and compliance.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and effective communication skills across organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational, project management skills, and ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team player.
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, and Diligent.
  • Fluency in English and readiness to work from the London office.
