The Role

We have an excellent opportunity for a commercial property solicitor or legal executive from NQ up to 2 PQE to join our highly successful Commercial Property teams either in Yeovil or Poundbury with some location flexibility. The successful applicant will be working with a number of high-quality clients on transactional and advisory work to include acquisitions and sales of commercial property, property development, property finance, landlord and tenant and corporate real estate work.

This is a new role in recognition of the team's continued success and growth, providing support to Partners and senior fee earners. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a reputable and dedicated team with a real sense of collaboration and team spirit. To assist with the current workload, this role will also play a key role in supporting and expanding the firm's client base.

In addition to your passion for commercial property, we are looking for a team player who values every member of the team and their contribution to the wider success of Porter Dodson. About You

Joining our reputable Commercial Property department, this role would best suit someone who is ambitious, pro-active, and enthusiastic, with great interpersonal skills. You will be a qualified solicitor with at least a training seat in commercial property or a legal executive with experience of commercial property and with a real interest in expanding your experience and knowledge within a supportive and successful team.
