Bar responsibilites

  • Cellar management
  • Pouring a range of drinks
  • Making cocktails
  • Using the coffee machine
  • Upselling and recommending premium wines/spirits
  • Excellent product knowledge
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy bar
  • Weekly line cleaning/cellar cleaning
  • Using the till system accurately


We would love to hear from you if you are 18+ and have had some previous experience in the hospitality industry.

Full training will be given if successful.
