Organon are recruiting for a Quality Control Laboratory Planner to join our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland.

You will be responsible for the flow / pull through the entire stability supply chain in relation to pull of samples from sites, site planning and planning of samples for lab.

You will also work with product testing coaches / teams to support flow of samples into the lab.

This role is a 18 month Fixed term contract.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide data to identify and facilitate Continuous Improvement opportunities.
  • Use and sustain visual management systems for their work area as appropriate.
  • Develop and produce new SOPs / Work Instructions.
  • Ensure that all areas work within Organon and regulatory and Safety Guidelines.
  • Liaise with customers on planning to ensure timely communication, agreement and system alignment.
  • Participate and provide input in profit plan and EAs.
  • Investigation support, including market impact assessments and stability alerts.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in scientific discipline or relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in the Pharmaceutical industry either in a documentation related or analytical testing function.
  • Knowledge and experience with GMP and planning.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a flexible team environment.
  • Proficient with excel and experience preferred in planning systems & Power BI.
  • Forward thinking and solution focused.
