Industry: Construction and Engineering
Location: Newport, Isle of Wight (this is not a remote working role)
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible schedule between 7am - 5pm)
Days: Monday - Friday
Duration: Temporary position, immediate start on an ongoing basis (potential for permanent role for the right candidate)
Duties:
- Providing administrative support to the department, including:
- Processing works applications
- Raising work orders
- Scheduling and organizing weekly work programs
- Monitoring performance against KPIs
- Interacting with internal departments, stakeholders, and customers
- Entering data into in-house systems
Experience:
Required qualifications:
- Strong administrative background with experience in planning, scheduling, and data management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and business information systems
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Effective communication and customer service abilities
- Previous involvement in construction or utilities sectors is a plus
Salary: £13.42 per hour
