Job Overview : Production Scientist
As a Production Scientist, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing novel products from Process Development. Working within a dedicated team in a GMP environment, you will be responsible for processing documents according to SOPs, maintaining and operating a QMS to ensure all findings are recorded, and supporting the lab in maintaining a clean and sterile laboratory. You will also collaborate with other teams in CMC to foster strong working relationships across the organization.

Main Responsibilities
- Conduct batch manufacturing within a GMP setting.
- Support the scale-up of manufacturing operations in line with GMP standards.
- Draft and maintain SOPs and batch records.
- Record all activities and deviations within the QMS.
- Identify new working practices to streamline and standardize processes.
- Participate in process risk assessments and support team efforts in identifying risks.
- Maintain a clean and sterile working environment.
- Support and mentor junior staff members.
Essential Skills and Experience
- BSc or MSc degree in Biological Science, Biotechnology, Immunology, or a related field.
- Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
- Background in laboratory operations, particularly immunological cell-based assays.
- Proficiency with multi-parameter flow cytometry.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
