Working week
Monday to Friday Term Time Only Shifts TBC
Total hours per week: 31 hours a week
Expected duration
You will be working towards your Level 3 Teaching assistant qualification, across a total duration of 18 Months.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- To support the teaching and learning processes
- To assist the SENCO/Principal TA (PTA) in developing, implementing and managing individual/group pupil learning strategies aimed at the management of pupil behaviour
- Establishing and maintaining of relationships with individual pupils and groups in support of pupils in learning activities
- Continuous review and development of the postholder's professional practice
- Inclusivity of pupils with identified SEN needs
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will work towards completing a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Standard
All training will be delivered remotely by LMP Education
The employer will give you time out of your working week to focus on your qualification
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The successful applicant may be offered a full-time position after completion of the apprenticeship.
