Are you an HR professional who would like to be part of one of the UK's fastest-growing, award-winning wine companies?


Liberty Wines is seeking a collaborative, supportive and proactive People Co-ordinator to join our highly professional HR team based at our Head Office in Clapham.

This is a generalist role which will cover all aspects of the HR function and will put you at the heart of our 200-strong team.


You will be responsible for providing high quality support and guidance at all levels including assisting managers with the end-to-end recruitment process and employee relations.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, you will be expected to take ownership of a full range of core HR services and administration including monthly payroll.


Working in a team of 3, you will be responsible for guiding the employee experience through the company, from recruitment and induction to exit interviews and everything in between.

You will have plenty of opportunity to widen and deepen your experience within the HR function, as well as continue with your studies and professional development.

You would be encouraged to take advantage of our in-house Liberty Wines Academy and WSET courses if you wish to further your wine knowledge.


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience within a generalist HR role, ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or studying towards an HR qualification
  • A good understanding of employment law and HR best practice
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office and Excel and experience of HR systems
  • An open and approachable manner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, taking ownership of and seeing through projects
  • Confident and proactive in communicating with people at all levels and working as part of a team.
