We are thrilled to partner with an innovative company in the MedTech industry that is leading the way in wearable medical device development and innovation.

Joining our team at this exciting time, we are looking for an NPI Engineer to take on a newly created hybrid role.

The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in supporting product development through NPI activities, collaborating closely with engineering partners and contract manufacturers to transition post-design development activities into production. Responsibilities also include managing technical documentation and overseeing our engineering data.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist engineers and contract engineers in the field of mechanical engineering.
  • Create and maintain product and production technical documentation.
  • Manage the company's engineering data in compliance with ISO 13495 QMS standards.
  • Take charge of engineering drawings (BS 8888) and technical documentation and reports related to technical files for medical devices.
  • Collaborate effectively with contracted design agencies and contract manufacturing partners.

Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience in an NPI-focused role within the Medical Devices sector.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or a similar CAD Package.
  • Experience in Design Change Control Processes specific to Medical Devices.
  • Advantageous to have worked with a startup and/or been involved in new product launches.
