We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector.

While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

Meet our service user
Our service user is a vibrant 4-year-old boy who resides in his loving family home in Calverton, Nottingham. He requires 1:1 care throughout the night to support his complex and clinical care needs.


Throughout the night your role will be to support with his personal care, repositioning, and attend to his clinical care requirements when required.

It is important you promote a peaceful environment, offer reassurance and comfort when needed to support a restful night's sleep.


To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following:

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling

Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role:

  • Ventilation Management
  • Tracheostomy Care
  • PEG Feeding
  • Oral suctioning

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

We have the following shifts available

  • Part Time Nights
  • 10pm 8am

Take a look at our pay rates

Weeknights:
£14.00 per hour (£140 approx. per 10-hour shift)

Weekends:
£14.50 per hour (£145 approx. per 10-hour shift

Bank Holidays:
£16.00 per hour (£160 approx. per 10-hour shift)
