We are looking for an Operational Resilience Lead to join us on our journey and help us to achieve our goals.


What impact can you make?
Bring your leadership skills and join us as our
Operational Resilience Lead.
This role encompasses a full range of activities that make up the Society's Operational Resilience Framework (ORF).

You will play a lead role in ensuring the Society identifies, monitors, remediates, and reports on operational resilience, to deliver great outcomes for our members.


You'll support the Chief Operating Officer in developing expertise across the teams, of robust risk management in alignment with the Society's ORF.

You'll provide thought leadership, insight, and oversight on how the Society meets regulatory requirements.


You'll drive the approach and the operational risk culture within the Society to enable the delivery of customer, regulatory and business strategic outcomes.


Experience you will bring


You will provide the business with quality support in their management of all operational risks through the delivery and embedding of the various risk management processes and initiatives.


You will have a strong background in Risk Management and understanding of the impact of risk within regulated financial services (PRA and FCA).


You will bring a breadth of experience, and have excellent collaboration skills, including listening have compassion, working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues across the Society embedding a risk culture.
