Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

COMPANY PROFILE

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Knowledge of car parts or a car enthusiast
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident user of social media platforms
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload
  • Full UK driving license
  • Proactive and able to work on your own initiative
  • Able to work with little supervision

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Curate engaging social media content to drive sales campaigns
  • End to end coordination of the customer buying experience
  • Ensure the website is updated and expand the parts section
  • Establish and maintain Ebay shop from start to finish
  • Ensure the customer database is kept uptodate
  • Prepare, photograph, and organise website content
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the relevant department
  • Distribute service schedules to clients
  • Undertake additional tasks to support company operations
