Property Manager - Telford - Salary to £27,000
My client has a really busy and dynamic property management department, based in central Telford.


The role will be office based and you will be working along with a Property Administrator to work a large portfolio around the Shropshire/ Staffordshire area.


  • Prioritising maintenance issues
  • Dealing with Landlords
  • Obtaining quotes from contractors
  • Liaising with tenants to get work completed
  • Follow up calls to make sure work is of the approved standard
  • Arranging access for work to be carried out
- booking property inspections

  • Gas safety checks
  • Helping with Administration
  • Knowledge of Section 8's and 21's would be useful


This role needs someone who likes to be busy, has exceptional attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills and administration.

The current portfolio is around 150.


You must have a great telephone manner, be able to deal with and resolve issues that occur within property management, and like to stay on top of the job and get matters resolved to a successful conclusion.


You may be asked to work some Saturday mornings to cover the office, fantastic training available along with a busy but fun environment to work in.
