Job Description

As Facilities Assistant, you will sit within a team that delivers specific outcomes for customers and stakeholders and will also have specific responsibility for delivery of services and projects.

The quality of services delivered to customers will be a key deliverable for the Facilities Management Teams and made transparent to our Customers and Stakeholders.

You will form a key part of delivering a great service to our customer on a day to day basis.

Key Responsibilities

Front of house such as welcoming visitors & supporting them appropriately Ensuring security procedures are followed Delivery of support services such as porterage, meeting room management, managing the FM mailbox Inductions for new starters, including H&S and environmental inductions Logging, facilitating and overseeing reactive and PPM visits Ensuring compliance for environmental & HSEQ standards Completion and compliance of traffic management plans, Fire risk assessments and water hygiene arrangements as appropriate Completing and assisting with audits including security
Supporting the delivery of low to medium risk projects
