Role:
HR Business PartnerSalary:
£45,000 per annumLocation: Hybrid / CardiffFulltime, permanentWorking within the HR function, you will partner closely with certain business units within the organisation, providing comprehensive HR advice and support to ensure best practice people management. Alongside the day-to-day BAU responsibilities and working with key stakeholders, you'll also be involved in a variety of HR projects.
Key Responsibilities include:
Serve as the HR expert for specific business units, partnering with senior management.
Offer guidance on the whole employee lifecycle including restructures, job evaluation, performance, conduct, and absence management.
Conduct employee relations investigations adhering to best practices.
Provide coaching to managers on handling ER casework.
Lead strategic projectsUtilise HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to meet business goals.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies & proceduresEngage with key stakeholders across the HR team and the wider organisation.
What you'll need:
