  • You should have a proven track record in various disputes such as contract, shareholder, property, finance, professional negligence, insolvency, and contentious probate cases.
  • The selected Dispute Resolution Solicitor should possess a solid reputation and preferably have strong industry connections to contribute to the ongoing success of the commercial litigation team.
  • You must have a minimum of 2+ years' experience handling civil/commercial litigation cases independently and be ready to take the next step in your career.
  • This role offers diversity and the firm seeks an individual who can quickly adapt to managing an existing caseload while also supporting the growth and motivation of the team.
