CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – MACCLESFIELD – £24,000 – PERMANENT
Due to continuous growth, our client, who specialises in the finance sector, is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team.
Duties include: -
- Receiving warm inbound calls from clients seeking a financial solution.
- Making outbound calls to customers who have inquired for a loan.
- Transferring customers to 3rd party lenders.
- Taking compliant fact finds from clients.
- Chasing clients for outstanding documents
As the first point of contact for customers, you must have a positive and welcoming phone manner with a passion for customer service. Customer service experience is advantageous, however if you simply have a bubbly personality and professional phone manner, then full training will be provided. In return you will receive, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, casual dress code, free onsite parking and more.
