A great opportunity has become available for our Fine & Country office in Cheam. We are looking for a professional Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team.


We are looking for a strong selling senior negotiator who needs to be able to excel in the upper quartile of the property market, dealing with discerning purchasers and vendors who recognise and appreciate great service to promote the brand of Fine and Countryand to build lasting local relationships in what can only be described as a unique selling environment dealing with exceptional properties and promoting the Fine and Country experience.


As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for booking market appraisals, booking and carrying out property viewings, keeping in regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the Vendor and Buyer, Landlord and Tenant and deliveringexceptional and first class customer service.
