About the role

We are looking for a talented Retail Store Manager to play a key role in opening our central London store.You will be at the forefront of our brand's physical presence, responsible for driving sales, delivering unparalleled customer service, and fostering an environment that reflects the essence of Carl Friedrik. This role demands a blend of leadership, creativity, and a passion for luxury travel.

Your responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team,setting clear goals and expectations whilstproviding regular feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure every client receives a personalised and exceptional shopping experience.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring the store is impeccably maintained.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics department.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the luxury retail or travel industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
