We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Floor Staff.
As a Floor Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
This position requires strong hospitality and catering skills.Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for the next guest
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces
- Assist with bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving alcoholic beverages
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of catering practices and food preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
