Job Description: They are seeking an ambitious and motivated Junior Financial Adviser to join their team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are newly qualified or nearing the completion of their financial planning qualifications and looking to enter the industry as an adviser. This is a full-time, office based role working normal business hours Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior financial advisers in preparing for client meetings and managing client relationships.
  • Assist with research and analysis of financial products and services.
  • Help in the preparation of financial reports and client documentation.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to meet and achieve CAS status, if needed.

Requirements:

  • At or nearing completion of FCA recognised IFA qualification.
  • Up to 1-year experience in an IFA firm as an administrator or paraplanner preferred but not required.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning software.
