An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Sales and Lettings Administrator to join our Client based in Winchmore Hill, N21
A leading, vibrant, professional, dynamic and very well respected Estate Agency are currently seeking to strengthen their already very successful team with an Branch Administrator.
Working as part of an enthusiastic, dedicated and smart working team, you will have responsibility for assisting the Branch Manager/Sales Manager and Negotiators carrying the responsibility for all administration work within the Branch.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Branch office support
- Meet and greet person on the front desk
- General sales and lettings administration including property brochures, sales letters, tenancy renewals, preparing ASTs etc.
- Producing and advertising property particulars
- Supporting Sales/lettings Manager and Negotiators
- Preparing window cards and other marketing materials
- Putting properties onto the relevant portals
- Preparing the weekly advertisements for newspapers
- Use of CFP and Dezrez is preferable.
- Should be confident, wellpresented and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent IT skills, in particular Powerpoint and Excel.
- This role will require working on a Saturday with a day off during the week.
The hours will be:
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Salary range will be:
between £25,000pa to £28,000pa
