This position offers a chance to contribute to cutting-edge projects, leverage advanced BIM tools, and make a lasting impact on the architectural industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes across various projects within the architectural practice.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish project-specific BIM goals, standards, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, templates, and libraries to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, equipping them with the necessary BIM skills, processes, and best practices.
- Manage BIM models and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily accessible to the project team.
- Foster strong relationships with external consultants and clients, streamlining BIM workflows and coordinating project deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a BIM Manager or in a similar role within an architectural practice.
- Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and manage BIM processes across multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
