Join Our Team as a Depot Manager in Arbroath, Angus We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled Depot Manager to oversee our client's commercial site specializing in PSV and HGV in Angus. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in PSV or HGV operations, such as Engineering Managers, Service Managers, and experienced Depot Managers. It's a chance to lead a dynamic team at a well-established site within an excellent company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the depot, including overseeing a team of PSV Technicians, Workshop Manager, and support staff.
  • Ensure the achievement of key objectives and implement strategies for continuous business improvement.
  • Adhere to company policies, health, and safety regulations.
  • Meet deadlines and service agreements efficiently.
  • Handle recruitment processes for the site.

Requirements for Depot Manager:

  • Prior experience managing a PSV or HGV site in a managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrated excellent management skills and attention to detail.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
