We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Insurance Sales Advisor to join a dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will manage incoming enquiries, assist customers in protecting their assets and liabilities, and contribute to the sales team's success by achieving sales and retention targets.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales background and a commitment to excellent customer service.Produce and issue documentation for renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new policies.
Guide customers in selecting appropriate coverage to protect their material assets and liabilities.
Secure policy renewals and address mid-term enquiries through diligent follow-up.
Make outbound calls to assist with renewals and strengthen customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, customer service standards, and external regulations.
Develop a thorough understanding of all products and services to effectively assist customers.
Good planning, organisational, and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Competence in selling SME general insurance.
Understanding of the UK insurance market and its dynamics.
