Representing one of the world's most prestigious car brands within state-of-the-art facilities across East Anglia and the South of England, the LIND team pride ourselves on providing a customer experience like no other.


This role is at the core of our customer satisfaction, building lasting relationships with new and existing customers, guiding and advising them on work needed on their vehicles and being with them every step of the way.

Working in a dedicated and lively team, your focus will be on the customer journey, liaising with Porsche Technicians and Parts Advisors to advise customers on repairs and referring them to the most suitable technician.

Your role will be an integral piece of the Porsche engine and the LIND family.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Exceeding customers expectations through every step of the process
  • Creating a memorable experience from enquiry through to completion and collection of their vehicle
  • Be primarily responsible for achieving targets for labour sales and hours sold
  • Represent the Porsche brand with expert knowledge and delivering excellent customer service through honest guidance
  • Maintain and build close relationships with new and existing customers
  • Efficient management of the workflow and scheduling of the diary
  • Take responsibility for customer vehicles, keys and workshop parking
  • Keep the customer informed every step of the way throughout the time that we are caring for their pride and joy
  • Use your knowledge to advise customers on repairs, in consultation with the workshop controller
