Job Overview:
Duties:
- Assist with Managing and leading a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure the store is wellorganised, clean, and visually appealing to customers.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking activities.
- Train new employees on company policies, products, and customer service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team successfully.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and motivate team members.
- Proficient in time management and prioritisation of tasks.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising techniques.
- Familiarity with sales management practices and customer service principles.
