Charity Fundraiser Team Leader

We're expanding our fundraising teams within Birmingham and are looking for experienced Team Leaders or Senior Fundraisers to manage the new and existing teams

  • You will thrive off of working towards targets/KPIs
  • A face to face fundraising, sales or promotion based background is essential.

  • Full training is provided and regular refresher training is in place to ensure you are supported every step of the way.
  • Fulltime Permanent Contract (40 hours/5 days a week)

How it works;

  • If the first stage is passed, you will then attend a Training and Assessment Day at our Head Office. This comprehensive training includes and introduction to REAL Fundraisers ethics and history, full coverage of compliance requirements, dialogue training and objection handling.
  • If the second stage is passed, you will be able to put everything you have learnt with us into practice and start with us immediately
