  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs, offering recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Train and mentor junior florists, providing guidance on design techniques and customer service skills
  • Collaborate with event planners and clients to create custom floral designs that meet their specific needs and preferences
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional florist
  • Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
  • Proficiency in various modern and traditional floral design techniques such as bouquet arranging, centerpiece creation, and corsage making
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and track orders
  • Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in English and Spanish
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into beautiful floral arrangements
  • Proven ability to sell floral products and upsell additional services
