The Role:
Working with consultants as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll conduct pre and post-operative consultations to assess patients' suitability for treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct examinations related to refractive, cataract, glaucoma, and retinal surgeries.
- Manage acute and follow-up clinics for patients post-surgery.
- Offer health advice and support to patients.
- Provide clinical advice and referrals when necessary.
Requirements:
- Current GOC registration as a qualified optometrist.
- Extensive experience in optometry.
- Proficiency in patient administration and medical record systems.
- Experience meeting conversion targets and KPIs in Vision Correction.
