As a Night Porter at our resort, your main focus is ensuring the safety of our guests and premises, providing room service, and attending to guest requirements.

What will I be doing?

As a Night Porter at The Mole Resort, your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough Health & Safety inspections, securing all doors and windows, and monitoring resort premises
  • Answering calls promptly and relaying messages efficiently
  • Delivering room service to guests
  • Handling check-ins and check-outs for late/early guests
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Preparing the Front of House for the next day
