Are you an inspiring educational leader looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic school environment? This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to support the Academy Principal and Deputy Principal in delivering outstanding education and fostering a nurturing school community.
Support the Principal's strategic leadership and manage the day-to-day operations of the school.Formulate and implement the academy's aims, objectives, and policies.
Ensure compliance with the Teachers' Standards and model best teaching practices.
Maintain a strong focus on safeguarding and the welfare of pupils and staff.
Oversee the academy's adherence to the SEND Code of Practice.
Degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL) or relevant postgraduate qualification (desirable).
Proven leadership and management experience in a school setting.
Successful teaching experience, ideally within a specialist setting for SEND pupils.
Experience in school self-evaluation, development planning, and curriculum design.
Empathy with the challenges faced by families with learning difficulties and disabilities.
Inspirational leader with excellent communication and people management skills.
