Are You the Head of Sales We're Looking For?

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in facilities management or M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) sectors.
  • Built and mentored successful sales teams.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Understand sales processes and team performance.
  • Proficient in sales operations, including managing activity, sales, revenue, and performance.

Desirable:

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Experience with 'hard' facilities management, air conditioning systems, and commercial gas.

What Will You Be Doing as Head of Sales?

  • Leading the sales team with a hands-on approach, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Managing two direct reports with the potential to manage the estimating team in the future.
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand FORTH's customer base and ensure strong market presence.
  • Collaborating directly with the Managing Director to shape the company's sales strategy and overall business direction.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring trust and longevity.
  • Overseeing sales operations, including sales processes, revenue tracking, and team performance.
  • Providing regular reports and insights to the board, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Mentoring and developing sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Region: Managing London to South Coast, from Bournemouth to Brighton.
