Based in the National Forest, Conkers has been providing outdoor activities for over 18 years. In 2014 we launched the high and low ropes course with great success and since then we have had many participants face their fears

We are now looking for Seasonal Instructors to join our team and build great friendships and experiences. Full training will be provided. Training will last around 1-2 weeks and this will include 2 days of assessments.

  • Good head for heights

  • Experience on ropes courses
  • ERCA qualifications
  • Any other outdoor qualifications
  • DBS check

The Job Role _Daily duties will include: _

  • Daily checks of the ropes course and PPE
  • Informing participants of the rules and answering any immediate questions before they come through to the course
  • Instructing participants how to get into their harnesses and helmets correctly
  • Briefing groups how to use the ropes course and their chosen activity, while following the rules and remaining safe.

  • Course maintenance
  • Gardening and other groundwork on the course and surrounding area

Working Hours Working hours will be on a flexible basis and be between 9AM - 6PM, including most weekends and public/bank holidays.

£11.44 per hour
