Job Details:

  • Respond to a range of customer enquiries, clarifying customers understanding of the information being given where appropriate.
  • Carry out a range of demanding clerical or customer service duties, ensuring work is completed accurately and adheres to all specified Bank processes, procedures, standards, and relevant external regulations.
  • Learn the procedures and understand parameters of producing a quality output
  • Liaise with internal/external Lloyds Banking Group customers and clients
  • Take a proactive role in improving the customer journey experience by identifying and contributing to improvement initiatives.
  • Able to work in a team
  • Be flexible and committed to undertake various tasks at a similar level
  • Articulate and able to maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Responds positively to the changing needs of the business
  • Demonstrating the Lloyds Banking Groups values and behaviours and our Codes of Responsibility in all your day to day activity
  • Used to working in an officebased environment
  • Full 121 training and support will be provided

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience of an administration role in an office environment
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and ideally PowerPoint
  • Is able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Is well organised, with experience of planning and executing tasks which require coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Is a positive and active team member who demonstrates the Lloyds Banking Group vision and values
  • Works collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
  • Takes ownership to break down barriers, solve problems and shares successes / learnings
  • Proactively seeks out opportunities for improving what we do as a team, as well as themselves
