Our client within their Head Office is in need of an experienced Insurance Portfolio Manager to join their property team located in Ringwood. The role involves managing insurance accounts for blocks of flats, managing agents, residential property lets, and commercial property lets. You will have the opportunity to work two days a week in the office and three days from home. At times, there may be visits to different offices and clients. As part of this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships while meeting individual sales targets and ensuring high levels of customer service.
Responsibilities:Sales:- Meet individual sales targets through new business acquisition and renewals.
- Monitor sales activities to optimize conversion rates and maximize opportunities.
- Support sales incentives like cross-selling and referrals.
- Maintain high customer service levels and ensure client satisfaction.
- Handle complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain response times and adhere to quality parameters.
- Manage complaints in line with regulatory requirements.
- Meet insurance and risk management needs of clients.
- Send out comprehensive presentations to obtain the best coverage for clients.
- Keep clients informed about their insurance matters and provide accurate recommendations.
- Manage documentation and client files efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines for all renewals and client interactions.
