THE POSITION
We are looking for a motivated, well rounded & enthusiastic Creative Studio Coordinator to join our inhouse studio. Reporting into the Studio Manager , the successful candidate will have experience working in the luxury fashion industry & demonstrate a blend of exceptional organisational skills, production knowledge & creative thinking.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gatekeeper & main point of contact for all sample management of seasonal campaigns & capsules flowing into the studio for inhouse shoots.
- Keep seasonal shoot plans up to date, a logical, meticulous eye for detail & comfortable dealing with high volume of asset administration.
- Creative Production and project management support for all inhouse shoots (still & video)
- Support with managing briefs from digital marketing, ecommerce, sales and retail teams for new inhouse creative assets or adapting existing assets. And supporting with the supplying of assets and managing timing plans.
- Cost management and reporting support. Creating POs, managing supplier invoicing and reconciling project costs for inhouse shoots and production.
- Oversee sample deliveries for external shoots & content creators.
- Understanding of e-commerce business and experience project managing the delivery of digital and social assets
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Highly dynamic and organised with strong time management, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
- Strong communication skills & ability to build productive working relationships across teams
- Ability to condense and summarise key information in a clear and effective way
- Understanding of e-commerce business
- Working as part of a wider production team
- Management of large stock volume
- Proven track record of sample management and sample logging such as previous fashion cupboard experience or similar
