We are delighted to assist our valued client for a 3-6-month Fixed Term Contract for a Pensions Officer.5-hour week Monday to Friday, on site 5 days per week.

The post holder will assist in the day-to-day administration and maintenance of pensions records to ensure accurate and timely data is provided to the Pensions Agency and scheme members on request.

The overall aim is to assist the Pensions Department to provide accurate information on request to staff, managers, and the Pensions Agency; ensuring accurate payment of benefits and to support the Pensions Team Leader in the proficient running and success of the Pensions Department.

The post holder will receive support to deal with complex enquiries and offer guidance on Pension Scheme as a specialised subject, they will be required to work independently and as part of a Team.


Requirements:

  • Experience of administering an Occupational Pension Scheme in a Payroll environment.
  • Experience of managing own workload and allocations
  • Able to understand and interpret changes in local, national and statutory regulations
