Qualifications and Experience:
  • Full GMC Registration
  • Proven leadership in an NHS context
  • Knowledge of NHSBSP breast diagnosis and management requirements
  • Clinical governance experience
  • Accountability and safety awareness in healthcare

Personal Attributes:
  • Integrity, honesty, and effective communication skills
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and plan proactively

Additional Requirements:
Most roles involve travel across sites. Candidates must demonstrate effective travel ability.
