Lead Veterinary Nurse- Hull

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a nurse seeking to transition into leadership or for those already experienced within leadership roles.

As a Lead Nurse, you'll oversee the efficient management of patients from a nursing standpoint to bolster practice profitability and expansion.

Collaborating with your team, you'll foster a productive, contented work environment while delivering exceptional care to patients and clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervising a team comprising 3 RVNs and 2 PCAs.
  • Full-time role with a 40-hour workweek ideally spread across 4 days.
  • Weekend rotation entails 1:5 Saturday morning shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other lead nurses and the Clinical Nursing Manager to manage your designated area.
  • Ensure sustained high-quality nursing care within your domain.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to your team and other staff.
  • Maintain effective communication within your team and with management.
  • Ensure timely patient care and prevent unnecessary delays.
  • Uphold accurate patient record keeping and adherence to care instructions.
  • Clarify roles and objectives for team members.
