Facilities and Maintenance Engineer responsibilities include:

  • Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical building systems.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, air handling units, and related equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support facility operations.

Qualifications and Skills:
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification is essential.
  • Minimum City & Guilds Electrical qualification required.
  • Proven experience in maintaining electrical and mechanical building infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems and air handling units.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
