EMBS Property are currently supporting a client operating within the accommodation sector (PBSA / Student / BTR) to recruit a Front of House Receptionist / Host for their impressive building in Liverpool.

Job titles can often be different so to clarify, your current job title may be Customer Services associate, CSA, Community Associate, Resident Associate, Resident Host, Front of House to name a few

Whatever job title you have it doesn't matter, what matters are the following personality traits:100% CUSTOMER FOCUSED - this role is all about being the face of the building, building relationships and an amazing residence experience

You will need to be...

Warm & friendly, approachable, enthusiastic, professional and have an incredible passion for customer service/journey


In addition, you will need to have this experience within the PBSA, BTR, CoLiving, hospitality or accommodation as these sectors are so transferable.


In this role you would be the key point of contact within the building residents, the face of the building and the first point of contact - this is why personality skills are so important.


Outline of duties and responsibilities:

  • Customer service & Customer journey
  • Residents care, engagement and satisfaction
  • Social media channels for the building (you can be as creative as you like)
  • Sales & Marketing eg site visits, tours, events, membership,
  • Building management eg compliance, H&S and working with maintenance
  • Building administration & Coordination eg tenancy, lease, contractor liaison
  • Plus much more
