Our client is a successful and respected independent Estate Agent looking for a hungry, driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join their expanding team based on the outskirts of Chelmsford.


As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your role will involve the following:

  • Registering potential buyers
  • Crossing selling additional services available
  • Arranging viewing appointments
  • Accompanying viewing appointments
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Achieving personal targets
  • Sales administration & progression
  • Reporting to the Directors

The ideal Senior Sales Negotiator must have the following experience:

  • Knowledge of the East Chelmsford market
  • At least 18 months experience as a Sales Negotiator
  • Highly driven and motivated
  • Valuing experience is ideal however not essential
  • Well presented with a confident manner
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Full UK driving licence and own car

Our client is offering the successful Senior Sales Negotiator:

  • Basic of up to £22,000 DOE
  • OTE of £35,000 + other bonuses & incentives
  • Opportunity to progress within the company
  • Ongoing training & support
  • Full support from the Directors
