Job Description

We are looking for a strategic thinker like you to play a key role in shaping impactful media strategies and supporting team growth. Join our team at Zenith and PMX to be a vital player in the future of media investment for Reckitt's.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Account Directors, Managers, and Executives, overseeing day-to-day operations and specializing in TV, VOD, and Cinema.
  • Negotiate with sales teams for added value opportunities and establish strong relationships with media owners for evaluating offerings.
  • Provide training on systems, collaborate on annual deals, and support New Business teams with AV strategy.
  • Utilize advanced technology to analyze audience behavior and consumption patterns.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as an Associate Director or Account Director in AV departments, focusing on TV, VOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema.
  • Knowledge of programmatic video ecosystem, managing AV finance, and client audits across AV mediums.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus.
  • Strong team management skills, client management skills, and a drive to deliver exceptional results.
