Weymouth College is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head Librarian to join our team.

As the Head Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the college library and learning resource centres, developing and managing collections of resources (online and print), and providing user-focused service to students and staff.


Responsibilities will also include managing the library and learning resources staff on a day-to-day basis, maintaining accurate record-keeping in the college library management system (Heritage), liaising with academic and support teams, managing the department budget, and ensuring the library services meet the needs of all groups.
