You will have experience of administering Microsoft SQL Server, of course, including configuring Always On clusters and managing the day-to-day on the machines. However, you will also have a keen interest in performance tuning, query optimisation, schema tuning and a proactive attitude to identifying potential issues and implementing the changes required.
