We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Head of Learning & Development to lead our client's training and development initiatives. This role is crucial in creating impactful training programs and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategise & Lead: Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Innovate Training Programs: Design and deliver a variety of learning experiences, including e-learning, workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training.
- Inspire & Coach: Lead and manage a team of trainers, instructional designers, and coordinators, ensuring their professional growth.
- Measure Impact: Establish and analyse KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate: Work closely with HR, department heads, and senior management to identify and address learning needs.
- Build Relationships: Develop partnerships with external training providers, consultants, and educational institutions.

Qualifications:
