We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Ecommerce Manager to join our ecomm team on a 10-month fixed term basis.

Overview
10 month fixed term contract from July 2024
London office location. Hybrid working up to 4 days office days
Line management responsibilities of a team of 2 cross 2 brand websites
Managing the day to day running of the websites including working with the Marketing team for all web content and managing web stock intake by working closely with the Trading and Merchandising team
Be the point of contact for the warehouse and work with couriers and our customer services manager to ensure we're delivering the best service
Working with our development agency to ensure the site is operationally sound and prioritise, test and launch new optimisations.
Weekly reporting in line with business objectives and KPI's

Own and deliver the ecomm roadmap, reprioritising as and when required and to work on a new strategy for the new year.

We're looking for someone with...
5+ years ecommerce experience in D2C brands
Prior line management experience
Strong knowledge of Shopify. Other apps including Narvar, Gorgias is desirable
Experience working with an external development team and prioritising projects big and small
A strategic background with reporting skills and Google Analytics knowledge and other data apps.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret market data and financials to drive e-Commerce strategy.
